Notes:

1. A small outside antenna will need to be mounted on a roof or pole in a location that will facilitate the best possible signal.

2. $150.00 Setup/Installation fee and 1st months service fee due at time of installation.

3. A single exterior penetration into home is required (like cable or phone service).

4. One computer or router will be configured to work with service at time of installation.

5. Computer must have one operating Ethernet connection available. (If connection is not available then a USB to Ethernet adapter can be installed for an additional fee of $24.95).

6. Wall drops or extra cable runs will be at the customers expense. $75.00 per wall drop.

7. Installation includes up to 20 feet of pole mount if needed. Any additional mounting will be at customers expense.
